EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
REFUND POLICY:
With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Coupon Code for future use on this website and to be eligible for a return/exchange, customers must have a valid receipt. We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Item Can be Mailed Directly to one of our branches or returned in person.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) if mailing.
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Credit Note.
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be exchanged/returned in the original packaging, opened items are not eligible for an exchange or return
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
- Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via email (support@buywisestores.com) or contact our Diego Martin Store during opening hours (236-1868).
- If any item is delivered damaged you have 24 Hours to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damages upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
- Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a credit note minus the initial shipping charge.
- This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.
- The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
WARRANTY POLICY
See individual products for the applicable warranty.
Products under warranty must be dropped off at the Diego Martin store to be taken for repairs.
Products must have a manufacturer’s defect (not wear and tear) to be brought in for repairs and a valid receipt must be presented.
WHERE TO RETURN?
If a product qualifies for a return (see criteria above), the product should be returned to our Diego Martin Store (103 Diego Martin Main Road, Diego Martin)
